The five-door variant of the new Fiat Type will be officially presented at the forthcoming Geneva Motor Show (March 2016) and then be gradually introduced in European markets in the coming weeks. The body style will be the same as the four-door Fiat Type in 'front half while the rear has been completely redesigned with the addition of the tailgate.
Compared to the sedan notchback hence, the new five-door Fiat Type 2016 will have more compact dimensions and thus a less capacious trunk. The cabin will be very similar in design and interior space.
